LICENSE - AGE LIMIT
Anyone who has a driving license for at least 2 years, is over 22 for Economy classes, 25 for Middle and upper groups, and has a credit card valid for at least 3 months can rent a car.
RENTAL TERM
The minimum rental period is 24 hours for daily rentals and 30 days for monthly rentals. Daily and monthly mileage limits that vary depending on the vehicle group are applied per rental. In case of exceeding the mileage limit, 0.35 kuruş per kilometer is charged. You can get information on the subject from our reservation line.
LONG-TERM RENTAL
Special prices are applied for rentals of at least 30 days and above. For our special long-term rental prices, please contact our reservation line at 0 535 733 8 043.
THINGS INCLUDED IN DREAM RENT A CAR PRICES
- All prices include Exempt Accident Insurance (CDW). Exempt accident insurance covers damages at the time of an accident. If the insurance conditions are met, it compensates the damage caused by the collision, the amount of which varies depending on the vehicle group, and is paid by the renter. This insurance does not cover damages that are not at the time of the collision (tire, glass, headlights).
- Our prices include VAT.
ATTENTION!!
In the following cases, the insurance will be invalid and the damages that will occur will be out of the insurance coverage:
- Allowing the vehicle to be used by someone other than the persons whose names are written on the rental contract,
- Using the vehicle outside of normal usage conditions (using the vehicle with high engine temperature, bad road conditions or walking on a flat tire, filling the vehicle with the wrong fuel and other similar situations),
- Using the vehicle outside of traffic rules (exceeding legal speed limits, passing red lights and other similar violations), - Using the vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs,
- A load carried in the vehicle causing damage or an accident,
- Using the vehicle carelessly and without taking precautions (not adjusting the speed according to the road conditions in rainy weather, not following the vehicle in front from the minimum safety distance and other similar uses),
- Not reporting the contact numbers to be given to the customer in the event of an accident, leaving the vehicle at the scene of the accident (except in cases where there is an obstructive situation determined by a medical report),
- In the event of an accident, not reporting to the relevant authorities within 24 hours Failure to obtain the necessary reports (traffic and alcohol reports),
- Failure to return the original keys in case the vehicle is stolen.
- Failure to return the vehicle without approval and despite the end of the rental period,
- Damage to the vehicle or the other party due to the loads carried in the vehicle,
- Damages to tires, windows or headlights are not included in the Exempt Accident Insurance. This insurance can be purchased separately.- Material compensation amounts arising from damage to third parties are covered under the scope of compulsory financial liability insurance coverage. The customer is responsible for amounts outside the coverage limits.
PAYMENT
- The total amount of the rental is taken in advance at the beginning of the contract.
- Our customers who rent must present a credit card with a validity period of at least 3 months issued in their name during the rental. A pre-provision of at least 500 TL to 1500 TL can be blocked from this credit card, depending on the group of the vehicle they rent.

Our vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as they were purchased. In the event of a deficiency, the fuel fee for each level will be collected from the renter.

PICKUP AND DROP-OFF
Delivery up to 5 kilometers away from Dream Rent a Car offices is free of charge. You can get information about our pick-up and drop-off fees at our reservation center.
- CHANGE REQUESTS IN THE RENTAL CONTRACT
The rental price and the reservation confirmation given are given according to the conditions agreed upon at the beginning. In cases where it is not operationally possible to meet a change that may be requested under these conditions (the vehicle has a reservation, maintenance mileage has come, etc.), this request may not be met. Even if the change request is accepted, an additional fee may be requested since this situation will change the price calculation determined at the beginning. A change that may occur in any of the conditions below may change the rental conditions. The request for extension of the rental period is received by phone in the first extension and the fee is collected by mail order and approved. In subsequent extension requests, the vehicle must be brought to the Dream rent a car office and checked.

The rental period is 24 hours. For each hour of late delivery, an amount of 1/3 of the daily rental fee may be requested. In delays exceeding 3 hours, 1 day's vehicle fee and all other extras will be calculated as 1 day more. Delays without approval in vehicle delivery may cause the insurance (Full or Exempt Accident Insurance) to be deactivated and may also cause an additional time difference fee to arise.
- Traffic Fines
The tenant is responsible for traffic fines arising from the use of the vehicle during your rental period. Dream rent a car will request the fine from the tenant separately even if the fine is paid to the relevant institution. A certain service fee may be requested from the tenant due to the expenses incurred during the payment of the traffic fine.
- Reservation and Cancellation Conditions
In case of any inconsistency in reservation information such as price, vehicle group, rental dates, Dream rent a car records will be taken into account. Dream rent a car cannot be held responsible for typos or possible missing information.
In case of a request to change the reservation conditions you have made (return date to be moved earlier or later, return station to be changed, vehicle group to be changed, request to add an additional driver to the contract), the request may not be met, and if met, an additional fee may be requested or a discount may not be made on the rental fee.
A rental contract will be signed during the rental. Even if you have made a prepayment, Dream rent a car may not deliver the vehicle to the renter if it deems necessary.
